Does your child use a pillow for naps?

Wow, stuffed animals sure have undergone all sorts of transformations since we were kids, and the Happy Napper is another plush animal leading the revolution! Unzip the back of your favorite stuffed dog, penguin, cow, dragon, unicorn, or ladybug- turn it inside out and your child will now have a square pillow to use for their nap! These pillows are recommended for children ages 3 and up.

We have the penguin pillow, and when we rang the little doorbell and began to unzip the front of the igloo to transform it back into the penguin the first few tims, my son had no idea that this adorable face would emerge in the process, and a pretty stellar game of peek-a-boo ensued for several minutes. So not only can this be a great stuffed companion for your children, you never know what kind of fun you can have during such a simple process.

These animals are very soft to the touch, but firm enough that they easily maintain their shape.  Each animal, when in the pillow form, has a little doorbell that can be pushed that makes snoring noises. I will say, as an adult lying on the pillow, it is definitely a little lumpy. My son, being under the age of 2, is too young right now for me to feel safe letting him sleep with this pillow in his crib, but he does enjoy lying on it when catching some quick rest time watching a television show on the floor or the couch in our living room.  Happy Nappers might make a great daycare companion for your child, are fun to travel with or might be a great pal to take to sleepovers at friends or relatives houses.

At what age did you give begin to let your child sleep with a pillow for naps?

The Happy Napper was provided for free to facilitate this review. All opinions are my own.
