I know. It’s a HUGE challenge. And I’m kinda nervy to think that just this one recipe could fill all of your cereal needs, be yummy AND healthy besides. Trust me, though – once I had this granola, which was something my sister in law shared with me – my life was never the same again.

I make this granola every couple of months, in a huge batch. I split it and customize it in a couple of different ways, and we have enough yumminess for a delicious span of time.
Make this double batch, and halve it. Into one half, mix your favorite assortment of dried fruits – craisins, banana chips, raisins, dried cherries or blueberries, even some papaya or pineapple. This makes a fantastic breakfast, especially mixed with greek yogurt and fresh fruit – berries, peaches or mangoes are phenomenal. It layers into a beautiful parfait.
Into the other half you can mix a few marshmallows, mini chocolate chips or even peanut butter chips. Use this as an amazing ice cream topping, or even a snack mix – it is a bit messy, but there’s nothing like it. You can also use this granola as a foundation for granola bars.
Note: I have a child with nut allergies, and when I make this granola, I pull out about 1/3 of it before I add the nuts and bake it separately for him.

I’ll definitely have to try this! – Jodi
